Pending
The customer places the order, and the merchant receives it. Status shows as pending until a rider is assigned.

Dispatch
A rider accepts the delivery and sets out. Rider and order tracking show the trip as it moves.

Completed
The rider hands the order to the customer and marks it complete. Payment is made by mobile money.
